Terms
All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit with payment made in full 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Any cancellation must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date and your room re-let to receive a refund. If we are unable to re-let your room a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This fee also applies to all ‘short notice’ cancellations.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, Cheque, International Bank Transfer or Cash on arrival.

Arrival must be after 4.00pm and before 8.00pm unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
All registered guests must vacate their room and depart by 10.00am prompt. Alanstyne is not available for use between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
All extras must be paid for each day in cash by 7.00pm.
A choice of breakfast is served between 8.00am and 8.45am, but we are quite happy to have breakfast available from as early as 6.00am but prior notice is required.
If an evening meal is required, this must be confirmed the previous day and is served between 6.00pm and 7.00pm. This is offered at an additional cost.
Towels are provided throughout your stay and bathrobes can be provided on request, but please remember to bring your own beach towels. Alanstyne towels and linen must NOT be removed from your room.
NO persons other than registered guests shall stay, visit or use any of the facilities at Alanstyne.
We insist that NO take-away food is consumed at Alanstyne and if using the BBQ facilities all crockery etc. must be cleaned and returned undamaged.
ALL breakages and ANY spillages or stains that require cleaning will be charged. Minimum fee of £25.00 will apply.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the building of Alanstyne but we are quite happy for smokers to use the patio area with heater to the rear.
All books, information brochures and any literature, games, DVD's and CD's etc. must NOT leave Alanstyne under any circumstances.
Lost room keys will incurr a £10.00 replacement charge.
On arrival all guests must register and agree to our Terms. If these Terms are not adhered to in any way you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. In this situation, Alanstyne will NOT reimburse any payments that have been made.
